Ecological Dynamic Buoy Array

The Ecological Dynamic Buoy Array is based on a deep water net cage, equipped with an aerograph, water-watch, LOBO (Land/Ocean Biogeochemical Observatory) , ADCP, CTD chain System, YSI vertical profiler, flow cytometer buoy, sea surface camera, and "communication box". It provides long-term synchronous monitoring of dynamic ecological characteristics such as water quality in rivers, reservoirs, and estuaries. The buoy array was deployed in 2014, and also loaded with other equipment such as a DGT sampler, sediment trap, nutrient analyzer, and facilities for acoustic experiments and bio-fouling coating experiments.
