个人履历 Brief CV
  李忠平,厦门大学海洋与地球学院“唐世凤”海洋科学讲席教授,美国光学学会Fellow,国际“终生科学影响力”专家,国家高层次引进人才,IEEE TGRS、Journal of Remote Sensing副主编,国际海洋水色协调组(IOCCG)水色暑期班常任授课老师。1994年获美国南佛罗里达大学博士学位,历任美国海军实验室(NRL)研究员、美国密西西比州立大学研究教授、美国马萨诸塞大学波士顿分校教授。多年从事海洋光学、海(水)色遥感研究,系国内外多个海色卫星计划成员,“海丝二号”多光谱小卫星负责人,主持完成及在研国家自然科学基金重点项目、科技部重点研发计划等多项项目。在国际主流学术期刊发表学术论文200余篇,引用超2.6万次(Google Scholar),推翻并革新了国际上采用近70年的水体透明度经典理论,准分析算法(QAA)论文在2012年被国际主流期刊《Applied Optics》评选为其50年历史以来最具影响力论文之一,研发的多项遥感算法被国际上多个水色卫星数据处理系统采用。
