Oral Presenters |
| Presenters whose abstracts are accepted for oral presentations MUST complete their fee payment by November 10, 2018, otherwise their abstracts will be assigned to poster presentations. |

Guest Policy |
Registered attendees may obtain guest passes and purchase meal tickets for guests on-site. ”Guests” includes spouses, friends, or relatives 18 years or older who are not working in a marine or environmental sciences-related occupation. A scientist, technician or administrative staff working in a marine or environmental sciences-related field should register and attend the symposium as a regular participant.
Registered guests may not attend scientific sessions, poster sessions or keynote presentations; however, they may visit the Exhibit Hall. |
Cancellation/Refund Policy |
Registrants who submit written cancellation notifications on or before November 30, 2018 will receive a refund, less a 10% administrative fee. Written notification of cancellations must be e-mailed to XMAS-IV.
No refunds will be given after November 30, 2018.
