Thank you for applying for the Summer Course on Eutrophication (HAB) and Environmental Impact Assessment sponsored by Ministry of Education, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and jointly organized by organized by the State Key Laboratory of Marine Environmental Science (MEL, Xiamen University) and the Center for Marine Environmental Research and Innovative Technology (MERIT), an Area of Excellence in Hong Kong.
We have received 122 applications from 40 institutions from home and abroad. Because of the limited space and course interaction requirement, we could only choose 60 students out of these 122 applicants. Attached please find the name list of the Course.

受国家教育部和自然科学基金委员会的委托，厦门大学近海海洋环境科学国家重点实验室与香港卓越领域-海洋环境研究与创新科技中心将于2009年7月1日-15日在厦门大学举办“富营养化及其生态环境效应全国研究生暑期学校”。
截至2009年5月20日，我们收到了来自国内外40个兄弟院所的122份申请书。经过组委会集体讨论和慎重考虑，从中选拔出60名学生学员和5名教师学员。具体录取学员名单请见附件。

其他注意事项：
1. 本次暑期学校由国家教育部和自然科学基金委员会共同主办，要求所有学员必须修满课程并取得1-2学分。暑期学校学习结束后，将对考核合格者颁发由教育部学位管理与研究生教育司统一印制的全国研究生暑期学校结业证书，学校所在研究生培养单位据此认可暑期学校学分1-2分；
2. 本次暑期学校学分要求如下：

ii. 完成课堂练习（25%）
iii. 口头或墙报展示（25%）
c) 2学分：
i. 全程参加课程及其他集体活动 （25%）

3. 暑期学校对正式学员免收学费；
4. 暑期学校为正式学员免费提供讲义及课堂教材；
5. 暑期学校为外地学员免费安排住宿，住宿安排将另行通知；
6. 暑期学校为正式学员提供餐费补贴，用餐在校园餐厅；
7. 在取得课程学分的基础上，暑期学校为外地学员提供往来硬座火车（汽车）交通费用；
8. 由于经费有限，我们仅能为青年教师提供免费住宿，其他如用餐、交通等费用，须由教师自行安排；
9. 暑期学校报到时间：2009年7月1日，报到注意事项及本地交通指南将另行通知；
