报告摘要:

The deep blue color of the oceans is one of the most common, yet rarest colors on Earth. Many prominent scientists, including Lord Rayleigh and Raman, have delved into unravelling the mystery behind this most admired feature of the oceans, leading to applications of Einstein-Smoluchowski fluctuation theory. Fast forward to present, what are the remaining keys to fully unlock the nuances of many shades of ocean blue?
