Construction of the main building is undergoing from January to June 2015.  A more detailed overall design of low voltage electricity system, roads and seawater system are under way.  The application for the certificate of land for the first phase (~4.6 acres) has been submitted to the Land Resources Bureau of Fujian province. It is estimated that the certificate will be confirmed in about 1 month. We are preparing paper documents for the application of the certificate of land for the second phase.
