Construction of the main building has been conducted since October 2014. Now, the construction of the two-story basements has finished in July 30 2015.
The application for the certificate of land for the first phase (~4.6 acres) has been permitted since November 2015.
The Dongshan government agreed to transfer the area of about 7 acre near the phase ¢ñ as the phase ¢ò construction land in December 2015.
