1.从事海洋与地球科学、环境科学与工程、生态科学或者相关研究领域的研究；
2.海外人才：年龄40岁以下；具有海外知名高校博士学位；或具有国内博士学位及2年以上海外科研工作经历；
3.国内人才：年龄40岁以下；国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目或学术成就达到上述人才计划、项目入选者相应水平的青年人才。
1. Conduct research in marine and earth sciences, environmental science and engineering, ecology or other
related fields;
2. Overseas Talents:
a) Under 40 years old;
b) Ph.D. degree from esteemed university/institution overseas; or Ph.D. degree from China and at least two
years of international research experience;
3. Domestic Talents:
a) Under 40 years old;
b) The NSFC Excellent Young Scientist Fund, or academic achievements reach the similar levels.
