Please be aware that that XMAS-IV has not asked any agency to book hotels or flight tickets for the participants. All emails regarding XMAS-IV should be sent from our secretariat or our faculty and is given in the logistics guide (which was sent with your XMAS-IV acceptance letter). Please refer it for hotel and flight ticket reservations, as well as visa application instructions. If you receive any suspicious emails or phone calls, please confirm it with us.
