Presenters & Attendees
1. Authors whose abstracts are accepted for presentations (ORAL & POSTER) MUST complete their fee payment by November 30, 2016, otherwise abstracts will be withdrawn from the program.
2. Attendees who are NOT PRESENTING can pay either online or on-site, but are highly recommended to pay online before Nov 30, 2016 for a lower rate.

Please proceed to "Payment On-site" Counter at the registration desk at the symposium venue. We accept credit cards (UnionPay/Visa/Master) only.
Guest Policy
Registered attendees may purchase guest passes at CNY 600 each before Nov 30, 2016 or CNY 1000 each if made on-site. ”Guests” includes spouses, friends, or relatives 18 years old and older who are not working in a marine or environmental sciences-related occupation or field. A colleague, technician or administrative staff working in a marine or environmental sciences-related field should register and attend the symposium as a regular participant.
Registered guests may not attend the scientific sessions; however, they may visit the Exhibit Hall and attend keynote lectures. Guests can also attend the Ice Breaker on Jan 8 and two dinners on Jan 9-10.
Withdrawal Policy
Written notification of cancellations must be e-mailed to XMAS-III. Cancellation notifications received by November 30, 2016 will receive a full refund (transferring fees must be deducted). No refunds will be given after November 30, 2016.
